Kapp is a series of sculptural candleholders made from slipcast stoneware.
Inspired by the history of their studio location – opposite a milk factory dating back to 1800 – the Kapp collection pays tribute to the tools and machinery of the factory it’s from, whereas the three colors represent different elements of milk production – the red of the brick structure, the black of the iron oven and the white of the finished product.

Noidoi Design Studio was founded in Norway in 2013 by Kathrine Lønstad & Cosmin Cioroiu, who met while studying at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, Denmark. I
nspired by the differing cultural and professional backgrounds of its founders, Noidoi works across a broad spectrum of design, placing an emphasize on usability, materiality and craftsmanship.
Their studio is situated two hours north of Oslo, in the beautiful surroundings of Kapp close to the biggest lake in Norway.
