An elegant cheese slicer made from sustainable and timeless materials. The handle is made of exclusive curly birch and the slicer is made of stainless steel manufactured by Bjørklund. Treated with a non-toxic, food safe wood finish which adds a beautiful and smooth surface.

Care advice: Hand wash. Dry immediately with a towel after washing-up. The handle can preferably be treated with regular cooking oil to reduce the risk of cracks.

Bonnibonne is a design studio founded in 2017 by Chief Operating Officer Emelie Ivarsson and Creative Leader Shalony van Stralendorff.
Based in Norrland, Sweden, the company was born from a joint passion and fascination for nature, gastronomy, and presence of everyday aesthetics.
