PARCEL SHOP PICK UP
If you wish to have your order delivered to a parcel shop, please ensure that the name and address of the parcel shop are correctly entered in the shipping address fields.
Volta does not accept liability for opening hours, incorrect addresses, or lost parcels.
It is not possible for us to redirect a package to a parcel shop once the order has been placed.

Processing times for all orders range from 1 to 4 business days, this does not include the shipping durations indicated below. The provided estimates are approximate and may vary, especially in cases involving oversized or special items, which can extend delivery times.

ORDER PROCESS
Once your order has been successfully placed, Volta will send you a confirmation email. As soon as your items have been dispatched, you will receive a separate email containing tracking details. Orders are shipped once all items are available.
Please double-check your delivery address, contact information, and selected products before finalizing your order. Once a package is on its way, we’re unable to redirect it or modify its contents.
TAXES AND DUTIES
If you’re ordering from within the EU, applicable VAT will be included in your total at checkout.
For international customers outside the EU, local VAT, import taxes, or customs duties may apply upon delivery. Volta ships using the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method, meaning such fees are not collected at checkout. These charges must be paid by the customer prior to delivery. We are not responsible for additional customs delays, storage, or charges resulting from unpaid duties.

B2B CUSTOMERS / INTRA-COMMUNITY SUPPLY OF GOODS
B2B customers who require tax-free invoicing must apply a VAT ID at Checkout in both, shipping and invoice address fields before placing an order. We are unable to adjust invoices or tax rates once a purchase has been made. (Intra-Community supply of goods is not working for a shipping within Austria)
