Please be aware that the delivery timelines mentioned refer exclusively to items currently in stock.

Our standard delivery time within the EU is 3–7 business days. This information is displayed as a default notice below all products on our website.

The standard delivery time does not apply to pre-order and back-order products, or to products that explicitly state a different delivery time in the product description.

For products ordered as pre-orders or back-orders, we will send an email with further information about the delivery time. As with all our orders, you will receive a tracking link by email once the product leaves our warehouse on its way to the delivery address.

We cannot guarantee that every product listed on voltavienna.com is available at the moment of purchase. Should any item in your order be unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone or email.

Processing times for all orders range from 1 to 4 business days, this does not include the shipping durations indicated below. The provided estimates are approximate and may vary, especially in cases involving oversized or special items or for preparing customs papers, which can extend delivery times.

All mentioned durations refer to business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

The shipping timelines below represent standard delivery expectations; however, orders shipped on pallets or in larger volumes may require additional time.

We process all orders as quickly as possible and are happy to accommodate special delivery requests whenever we can.

ORDER PROCESS

Once your order has been successfully placed, Volta will send you a confirmation email. As soon as your items have been dispatched, you will receive a separate email containing tracking details. Orders are shipped once all items are available.

Please double-check your delivery address, contact information, and selected products before finalizing your order. Once a parcel is on its way, we’re unable to redirect it or modify its contents.

TAXES AND DUTIES

If you’re ordering from within the EU, applicable VAT will be included in your total at checkout.

For international customers outside the EU, local VAT, import taxes, or customs duties may apply upon delivery. Volta ships using the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method, meaning such fees are not collected at checkout. These charges must be paid by the customer prior to delivery. We are not responsible for additional customs delays, storage, or charges resulting from unpaid duties.

B2B CUSTOMERS / INTRA-COMMUNITY SUPPLY OF GOODS

B2B customers who require tax-free invoicing must apply a VAT ID at Checkout in both, shipping and invoice address fields before placing an order. We are unable to adjust invoices or tax rates once a purchase has been made. (Intra-Community supply of goods is not working for a shipping within Austria)
