OGK Safari Daybed – All black

In 1962 Danish designer Ole Gjerløv-Knudsen designed this divine Safari Daybed for his son who was heading off on a camping trip. Once you’ve had a bit of practice you can set this bed up in about 2 minutes. It comes in a handy linen bag with a shoulder strap and while brilliant for a seriously stylish camping trip, as you can see, it’ll work just perfectly as a sunbed, daybed or guest bed. There are no screws required. The legs are tightened with rope and it’s made of natural beech wood, natural linen and sisal rope.

As the natural linen fabric is not waterproof we recommend to not leave the daybed outdoor and to cover it with a blanket or towel if you use it after swimming. Otherwise water and other liquids will left some stains!
