Made from British elm, these smooth, chunky boards remind us of days-gone-by – of sweet grandmothers, of a rustic life. A tag is provided with each handmade board, telling you where your tree once stood – a provenance we deserve to know!
Elm is resistant to water and often used for chair making. Once used to make water pipes, its tight-twisted grain makes for a pliable and beautiful wood.
Dimensions (approx): L36cm x W11cm x D2cm.
Finished with HW Wood Balm.
